Delete your account & data

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (instant)

1. Open the XII Maths Objectives app.
2. Tap Play & Compete and sign in.
3. Go to the Profile tab.
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account, scores, streaks and badges are removed immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address you registered with and we will delete your account and data within 30 days:

Please include the email address used to create your player account so we can locate it.

What gets deleted

We permanently delete your player profile (display name, email and optional class code), your quiz submissions, points, streaks and badges, and your sign-in account. Deletion is immediate for in-app requests and within 30 days for email requests. We do not retain any of this data after deletion.
